Excellent quality and east to install
Excellent quality and east to install. The fire is very well made and there are various combinations of flames and coloured side lights you can use, which are excellent. Heat is good but you have to remember to have the thermostat set to a low heat, so the heater will work. Comes with a remote control and is very easy to use. I would definitely recomend this fire, top quality and looks great.

Looks stunning.
This fire is perfect in adding ambiance to your room. You can change the colour of not only the flames but also the background lights. Also it has 2 heat settings which warms up the room really quickly and even though you can hear the fan, it’s not really distracting. It is quite small but it’s perfect for my wall and I’m very happy I bought it.

Great Fire!
Really pleased with this Truflame fire. Gives out a good amount of heat and warms the room up quickly. Love the different flame effects and LED light options. Timer is really useful for cold winter mornings aswell!

Excellent product easy to install
Installed in my elderly mothers apartment mounted to wall so less of a trip hazard than usual fireplaces. She loves the coloured lighting and finds it calming and comforting when alone in the evenings. Service was excellent and seller was quick to respond to all delivery queries and delivered on time. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice fire
Using this fire in our caravan and it looks lovely . Puts out heat well and automatically switches off when room gets to set temperature. Colours look good. Really happy with it

Great looking fire looks good on the wall. Reason for 4 stars fire doesn't warm up my room has much has I thought it would.
