This May I will have owned this hose for 2 years. Right from the start, the hose was flexible as advertised. Works GREAT in cold weather just like they say. I certainly don't miss the black rubber hose I replaced, especially on a 20°F day. That feature alone has saved me LOTS of time! The bright fluorescent green gets dirty very quickly, but is still very easy to spot in a cluttered garage. Abrasion resistance seems to be pretty good so far - I use it every day dragging over pavement, concrete, rocks, and gravel, so any flaws in that department would have been apparent within several weeks of use. One thing this hose is NOT tough against is heat. The black rubber hose, if laid against something hot, the smell would warn you - with this hose, the explosion will get your attention! It melts VERY quickly & VERY easily. It was easily repaired by cutting the damaged part out and clamping to the fitting. The only annoying issue with this hose, is the black plastic on each end near the fittings. It's meant to protect the hose from kinking there and cutting through. What happens is, each time you plug the hose into your air spigot, the plastic slides upward a tiny bit. Over time, it blocks your ability to plug it in on the male end & is very difficult to force back down into the correct position. I tried epoxy, but it does not bond well, and crumbles with use. Rubber cement did not work either. Right now I have 2 thin zip ties on the top of the plastic that fit right in the grooves. So far this has worked better than anything else I've tried. Cutting them off completely would be the best option, IMO. I also notice the price has dropped over $4 since I purchased mine. If your in the market for this, you can't beat that - it's a good buy even with these minor quirks, & should last you many years. I'd trade a stiff hose for these little quirks any day!

Shipping was very fast, I used this air hose to replace the rotten rubber air hose on my harbor freight air hose reel. I had no problem swapping the hoses out and I really like how flexible this air hose material is.
