What sort of shelf life do they have

If the test strips are kept in the box delivered and the box in a clean environment, in my experience the shelf live is pretty long. After all, there are only 50 strips in the box. I do a glucose test once a week using 2 strips, so the box contents is being used within 1/2 year.

Can i use them with Contour Next One machine?

Yes Contour NEXT glucose meters use Contour NEXT test strips.

Is this item compatible with the contour xt machine?

It is compatible but test strips are mg/dl not mmol/l. this create some confusion
