How many mg of Magnesium per tablet is there?

No mineral information per tablet, only vitamin B in mgs. Contains magnesium carbonate which is not very soluble, so I suspect it has poor bioavailability, BUT it helps my tennis! If you believe in it , it works

Dear Seller. What exactly is the starch in this product please

I’m afraid that all it says is starch, without anything else. Other languages on the multi language label only say starch too. It could be hydroxyethyl starch, that Googling shows is commonly used with potassium chloride in electrolyte resuscitation. Or they are experimenting with tapioca starch, which, combined with potassium chloride, may reduce sodium chloride (salt) in sausages. Not a lot of help, but I enjoyed the search.
