These worked great at crimping gutter ends that aren't crimped! No sense spending a fortune when the worked effortlessly and perfectly. Feels like a high quality tool. These are one of those tools that I may use half-a-dozen times in my entire life. But these will last for that and beyond.

This is a light crimp, but with proper technique it worked fine on an AllFuels HFC stovepipe adapter. Excellent tool for the price, and you probably won't get carried away and overcrimp.

There isn't enough overlap to make any kind of meaningful dent in aluminum downspout. Maybe works well for other metals, but don't bother with aluminum downspouts.

Never worked with metal gutters before and I had to reroute one by adding on to an existing gutter on a commercial building that I maintain. I'm soooo glad I bought this tool instead of HD where it is 2x the price. You can't go wrong but make sure to watch a YouTube video so you do it correctly. I used it the wrong way and then watched a video and learned you crimp the corners (see picture) not the middle and 3 blades on outside and the two inner blades go in the inside of the gutter. AND you easily modify existing gutter to create male and female ends. You'll never go back to plastic gutters!!! CONS: Minor thing is if you look at the tool it has a lot of joints / bolts that hold it together and that can make it a little floppy but it still works great and you can always tighten the nut / bolt. But even the brand name at HD is the exact same.

Worked just like they should. I replaced two whirly birds on our house and the replacements were a little too small to fit on the duct work that was already installed on our roof. These crimpers reduced the size just enough to make it a proper fit. Worked easily and got the job done.

Simple and easy gutter crimping tool to allow for better fit and finish when joining gutter and downspouts connections!! Trying to get a good watertight connection with the "male" end of a gutter downspout when repairs and installation are necessary with just the older needle nose pliers' trick may work for the professional installer, but not for a person who may need to do an occasional quick home repair. This crimper tool paid for itself on the several recent downspout repair jobs needed to redirect water flow away from the house and garage. Easily handled with the grip and versatile to any size gutter system. This tool now has a place of honor in my toolbox!!

Works great on stove pipe. The crimps aren’t as close as on factory pipes but this works and will save you from buying extra parts.

Well It does crimp a little. But really enough. Did give me start on my down spout. I made it work. I would not buy again. My suggestion is to buy a better product. Only needed to do one down spout probably could have done better with some needle nose pliers.
