Amazing little dish
I bought this for our RV so we could feel at home anywhere.So far it's great!! It's simple and ready to use right out of the box except you have to call and get a Dish Network subscription.It does take a little time to "warm" up and find satellites but the wait is not unreasonable and set up is extremely easy.You can even get local channels.

Happy Camper
Bought the Playmaker Dual for our RV. It's working well so far on our first camping trip which is great because OTA and cell service is weak. The system did several updates, one at my home on an initial test and one at our campsite. We are only using one receiver currently. HINT -when choosing a campsite use Google earth to pick one without obstructions and a clear view of the southern sky.

Do not order with a Wally receiver.
Do not order this dish with a Wally Receiver. Order the receiver from Dish. The one that comes with this package has software that is way our of date and it is almost impossible to get it to work. If you order a Wally Receiver from Dish, then the software is updated and the start up is easy. DO NOT ORDER THIS AS A PACKAGE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Bad receiver, bad customer service
We live in an RV in rural area. We bought this DUAL playmaker to have cable in living area AND the bedroom. Easy to install (for us). We have the tripod for this as well. Compatible Wally has been great so far. Love it! UPDATE: Wally receiver stopped working after 6 months. Brings up an error code. Freezes on screen. Winegard and dish unable to help. Asked for replacement from winegard. Been waiting 5 weeks now for one. I recommended buying the dish and receiver directly from DISH!! We made the mistake of buying this and now winegard customer service has been ZERO HELP. Where’s my replacement receiver? I’ve been emailing winegard and talking to them multiple times by phone. It’s simple guys!! Send me a new receiver and I will send you the old one back!!
