These taste quite nice and are value for money. They can be somewhat addictive though. If you can hack it, you get orange flavour stuff from the supermarkets which doesn't taste as nice as this but those are pretty good For Rennies however, it's pretty good value and easy to just chew on

My boyfriend's go to every day essential. They have a chalky texture when eating them, but they're easy enough to chew through to get that relief from heartburn and indigestion. The flavour helps them go down, but they work fast and provide great relief for heartburn (and hiccups too, I learned recently, but this might just be a placebo!). ** It's a LOT more cost effective to buy these in bulk from Amazon than to buy them from my local store, too.

We both have stomach acid issues, mostly because we're over 50 and our stomachs seem to rebel when you feed them onions, garlic, peppers, citrus fruit, coffee, tea or dairy. Since we have no intention of changing our diets to nursery foods we eat our spicy foods and carry Rennie in our pockets or in my purse, desk drawer, bedside table, kitchen cabinet, car, boat, etc. We usually buy the peppermint or spearmint flavors, they work quickly to put out the flames of indigestion and they are pleasant in your mouth. They are not very chalky like some anti-acids are, they are rather like old Rolaids were before some one decided to turn them into calcium rocks that don't work. We highly recommend Rennie, just plan ahead and buy several boxes since these come to the US from England.

This is the only bicarbonate that work's for me. their a miracle for me. All the rest of the bicarbonates really didn't work at all. If for some reason this isn't working for you. You might need something more than a bicarbonate. Me personally for other reason's i use Mylanta Maximum strength it work's great for gas for me. I would go see a doctor to make sure i was properly treating myself. As you may know their are many thing's that can happen to our stomach's. So take care. ☮️

Rennie is AMAZING and we've been using it in my household since my mom went to Europe 30+ years ago. I used to ask anyone going to England to pick us up a couple boxes but now I don't have too. Works great and the spearmint is far superior to peppermint but that's personal opinion.
