Works well if used properly. Really simple to use provided you respect its limits and use it responsibly. Used over Christmas as a junction box to put an old extension lead in. Plenty of room for transformers plugged into a 4g splitter and the sturdy plastic construction and decent seals have kept it bone dry over the last 5 weeks. Top product, bargain.

Nice and watertight. Had this outside for about a year now and still dry inside where my plugs are.

The only real tricky part relating to this is mounting it, however this is very much a reflection on the person fitting it than the prodcut itself. The box is of a good size and accomdates the dual socket extension which I was using. It also has a good depth, which is really useful given the height increase in plugs used for garden lighting etc. The product seals well, I have checekd it on numerous occasions after rain (including heavy rain) and the inside has been completely dry. It is a simple product, done well.

Use a lot of these, and I had them at a particularly low price, they are great quality and last minimum 5 years in permanent outdoor installations

These boxes are great for temporary power setups. I bought this to house the end of an extension cable, and also to place a travel router. The box works great for this, the cables enter via rubber thingies that keep the weather out, and it's a plastic box, so the radio's work great. Full protection from the weather. It's big enough for the main things that I needed in the box and there's also the ability to add a lock too, which can help keep sticky fingers out (but not someone that really wants to get in)

Good quality box ideal for keeping temporary outdoor sockets dry for Christmas tree lights etc.

Does the job. Easy to fit. Whether it is completely weatherproof I will only find out in due course.

It’s a bit pricy, but it’s worth it. It offered the best protection for my LED light drivers in an outdoor lighting system.
