Would you recommend this over a Skuttle bug?

We've never owned Skuttle Bug so wouldn't be able to compare. All I can say my kids, age 2,6 & 8 still use it and have a lot if fun. It's sturdy and durable.

Does the tire make noise(scratch) on wooden flooring?

The scooter is very light and it does not make scratches on wooden floor. The wheels are smooth. I cannot give an answer to the question whether it makes much noise.

Is this ok for a 2 year old? Or will it be too small within a couple of months??

I’d say it’s great from 18 months to 30 months. Depends on height etc. Great product and inexpensive
