Perfect for my skin. Not oily either. Soft feel after application. Recommend.

I have gutatte psoriasis all over my body, and a few patches of plaque psoriasis. Ointments containing steroids are difficult to use when you have several hundred small spots and you want to treat each one but avoid applying to the good skin. I have tried a variety of moisurising creams that can just be slathered all over the body. I use Oilatum Oil in a bath and find that it helps to soften my psoriasis and reduce the irritation, so I decided to try this cream also. It takes a little longer (extra 1 minute or so) to be absorbed by my skin than some other moisturiser/emollients, but perhaps that is simply a function of how thick/viscous it is, and not necessarily a bad thing. Once it has been absorbed, I can feel that there seems to be a slight and very light layer or coating on top of the skin - not feeling oily or greasy, but well moisturised. I notice an immediate reduction in itching/irritation. As this is a non-steroid, you can apply as much as you want, as often as you want and use on any part of the body. Some people are allergic or experience irritation from lanolin - this is lanolin free, not all moisturisers are. However, different people can experience allergic reactions from different things, so it is always advisable to use this on a small patch of skin at first use and look for any reaction over the first few hours. The container does have a note that it contains cetostearyl alcohol and potassiium sorbate, and it says that these CAN cause local skin reactions. The cream comes in a sturdy plastic bottle, with a pump dispenser. Two things I really like about the bottle: - the pump moves positively from the locked to the unlocked position, without needing to depress the piston first and squirting out some of the contents (as is common with many pump dispensers), - there is also a clip-on plastic collar which fits around the pump-piston, further preventing accidental discharge of contents. These two features make it very convenient to carry this in a hand-bag, computer bag or with gymn gear and not have it leak all over the other items.

Superb high intensity moisturiser tha goes a long way and spreading easily. I use on scalp, elbows and knees. It is one of the few products that helps control skin issues.

I love this cream and use it daily. I have very dry skin and it’s very moisturising but if you don’t have dry skin it can feel a bit oily. One annoying thing though is how the pump doesn’t get the last bit of cream in the tub so I always end up wasting the last bit, which is frustrating. But otherwise it’s a good product

This cream is amazing Iv suffered with a dry itchy forehead & down to my eye brows & every couple of years. I had forgotten the creams name, my Doctor prescribed for me when it started.So I saw this and decided to give it ago! I only used it twice,and it's cleared up,very pleased with this soft easy to apply cream.

Well this is very high quality, I had an out break of psoriasis which leads to very dry skin on forehead, after one application skin was so much better You get a lot for the price and I expect it will last years Fragrance free and leaves no visible residue I inted to use it on my feet too indeed anywhere I have dry skin

I have exema on face did not do anything to make it better or worse. there no miracale cream out there

Item received but cap is broken. Disappointed. Don't know why no box for this cream and just use bubble wrap???? Very very disappointed .
