Very sharp & perfect for Tomatoes & other soft fruit & veg.

Brilliant knife. Really really sharp - using it for everything. As a note: I managed two fairly extensive bloody finger wounds in the first week ... and I think mostly because I was changing over using 'less good' knives and not just tomatoes (!). I've bought another set of knives the same brand and am very pleased. Worth spending a bit on decent knives.

Excellent knife - v v sharp, keep it in a knife block to avoid chopped fingers. Great for prepping veg also doubles up as really good steak knife.

Great knife very sharp which is a plus but I ended up making a cardboard cover for it for when I wasn’t using it. Just the job for tomatoes and lemons.
