Excellent knife - v v sharp, keep it in a knife block to avoid chopped fingers. Great for prepping veg also doubles up as really good steak knife.

Brilliant knife. Really really sharp - using it for everything. As a note: I managed two fairly extensive bloody finger wounds in the first week ... and I think mostly because I was changing over using 'less good' knives and not just tomatoes (!). I've bought another set of knives the same brand and am very pleased. Worth spending a bit on decent knives.

Kiwis, naranjas, limones... Ninguna se resiste a este cuchillo por su sistema de sierra fina. Me lo recomendó una compañera de trabajo en cocina, y la verdad es que ha sido una gran adquisición. Compraría una similar con una hoja más larga para pelar piñas, melones, sandías...

Si rimane allibiti davanti a questa lama, specialmente se paragonata al prezzo di acquisto che molte volte è equiparato da una cineseria di infima qualità. Il coltello ha un filo eccezionale e veramente si riesce a tagliare i pomodori a fette sottilissime senza alcun problema. Ma la sua peculiarità è che può essere usato tranquillamente per molteplici scopi. Tagliare i salumi diventa un piacere così come verdure varie o la carne. La sua lama seghettata lo rende adatto a praticamente tutti gli alimenti.
