You should be able to see on the rim of the lens what size fits **Q: Will this fit the 18-55mm canon kit lens?** A: I do not have a 18-55mm lens so I cannot guarantee whether it would fit or not. Inside the cap it says 77mm with a sign against it, which I believe means diameter. it certainly fits my two lenses (24-105mm and 100-400mm).
