This can opener is really easy to use and feels very sturdy. It cuts smoothly and cleanly without leaving sharp edges. The size is perfect and it’s easy to store in the kitchen. Great quality product and definitely worth buying.

Cuts well and won't break like inferior ones!
Strong, sturdy. It cuts well. I have used several other types which do not cut well or break easily. This one is very good. Obviously you will need strength in your hand/wrist to use this type of tin opener. Automatic types of tin opener are available but I do not think they are very hygienic as they tend to be difficult or impossible to wash thoroughly after each use. This one will go in the dishwasher, though I always rinse it clean immediately after using.

Does what it says on the tin
Have had many tin openers over the years, all generally fail... had this one a few weeks now... no moving parts, good construction.... opens tins effortlessly... very good

Tired of can openers breaking?
If your anything like our family, we have been through SO many can openers over the years. All losing the grip and ability to turn after a few months. It doesn't matter if you spend hundreds on the things, they just don't seem to work! So I thought I'd go in search of an alternative... Who's efficient? The Japanese. I feel like they wouldn't put up with the can openers we've got here and would come up with a better solution... Well here it is. What a brilliant, simple, foolproof solution! It took a little while to figure it out... But then when you don't look at instructions for the first 5 minutes, what do you expect haha. So after having a look at what I was actually meant to do, lone behold... It worked super easy! It's very sturdy design and doesn't look like it will break anytime soon. Really pleased and no going back on this design! L I F E. S A V E R (well, relatively speaking to the kitchen world)

I love the overall purpose
I love the size, quality, and performance. Everything is amazing; the only downside is the zinc on the blade, which is not ideal.

Great Quality Can Opener That Works Well
I’ve gone through lots of can openers over the years, and after some research, I picked the Korin. It’s easy to use and feels really sturdy with a sharp blade. Just a heads up, it does leave the edges of the can a bit rough, so be careful if that’s an issue. Overall, I’m happy with it and it seems like it will last.

Simple and works on every can, unlike the usual twist handle openers that strip out.
The US Government used to issue a little piece of metal that went on a keychain. Called a P-38, It had a piece that folded out with a point, and was used to open cans of food. There was a notch on the main part that would hook on the rim of a can of food. The point would puncture the top and with working it around the rim and repeatedly puncturing, a can could be opened and the top removed. This opener is Japanese quality, nicely finished and it works about the same. Hook it on the rim of a can of food, rotate your wrist to puncture and cut a groove, then move the opener over a little bit and do it again. And keep doing that until you've gone all the way around. It's fast once you figure it out. No moving parts. Only the point that punctures the can top, so it will probably last as long as I do.
