Very sturdy
Takes some time to install, but really sturdy.

Great Quality
I use it daily now. I am 160 pound and it is very stable. Rolling clockwise, it would extend the bar. When you grab the bar, you need to consider the direction. If you grab in opposite direction, the bar would be loosen. Not difficult to understand when you get the bar. If you are very heavy in weight, you can use the extra parts provided to fix it firmly at the door side. Great quality for the price paid.

Good grip
Good one. Can’t drill on the door sill, it holds the weight perfectly and fits tightly. The only thing that bothers is the bar twists and loosens so my son just has to remember to do pull up on the other side so it doesn’t get shorter and loosens. Not a major issue.

Not fit for purpose
There's no way to lock the bar into position once it's mounted, and so the centre section will rotate when you grip it and try to pull up. The metal feels really weak too. If you want one that'll wedge into a doorframe with no screw, this ain't it, it'll undo itself every time you use it, and the screws supplied are too short and not a hardened metal. There's are better ones on the market for just a few quid more.

Worked well for 5 months then broke forcing me to hit it out of the doorframe with a large hammer! You get what you pay for .
