All fit for purpose

These Keo blades were promoted on Amazon as "often bought with" with the Bosch PSA700 E saw. Consequently, I assumed they were identical to the single blade supplied with the saw. In fact the Keo blades for wood are at least an inch shorter, but still fit. I bought them to have spares, and the wood blade has worked perfectly doing a lot of rough cutting. The metal blade has also worked well but I have only used it a couple of times. I am happy with the blades, but I think the Amazon promotion was misleading regarding compatibility with the PSA 700E.

An excellent selection of blades for my DeWalt reciprocating sabre saw. They cover the vast majority of cutting requirements, timber, green wood, metal, plastics etc are all catered for. They have a universal tang, so will fit the majority of saws on the market. The biggest benefit of these blades is that they don't blunt quickly, a failure found so often with cheap blades, & they remain sharp far longer, so they are a good investment. I use my sabre saw for first fix timber cutting, cutting green logs for firewood, metal & alkathene plastic tubing & cutting sheet materials. They are quick & accurate & will be a great addition to anyone's toolkit. A brilliant set of blades ( & a lot cheaper than genuine DeWalt !!) Happy cutting.

The wood blades are fast, the wood/metal blades good for the occasional screw in wood. The metal blades seem to blunt a little easier. Still worth it. You can find the wood/metal blade in a longer length separately and that’s worth it too.

I owned a Bosch reciprocating saw for many years but it was stolen from my garage. So I decided to buy a Bosch replacement. The saw came with several blades, one of which was for wood. I discovered that the blade for wood worked ok on soft or green wood (e.g. a tree branch) but seemed to dull or lose its edge when used on hard wood. The replacement wood blade went the same way. The saw itself is fine, deserving 4 or 5 stars, but the Bosch blades are suitable only for light work, e.g. cutting green branches from a tree.

These are the branded wood blades for the excellent cordless Bosch Keo saw. I do not know how I managed before I purchased this saw. It makes pruning a joy. I have been reducing leylandii hedges, and find the blades very economic as I manage to cut through many thick branches before they start to show signs of blunting. I thoroughly recommend the product.
