Before a shower as the otex breaks up the wax and unless you tilt your head the wax will still be in your ear. The best time to use otex is at night as you can lie on your side and listen to the crackling noises which means the wax is being broken up.

Can I use this as i wear hearing aids

My husband uses it and he is a hearing aid user. He thinks it is the best for getting rid of wax.
