LAURA GELLER The Delectables Earthy Essentials Eyeshadow Palette

These colors are delicious! I wanted a smoky palette, and this fit the bill. They have just the right amount of shimmer, and also include some matte colors. I ended up buying another palette by Laura Geller, Soho Shimmers, which also have incredible colors. The only thing is that there is not a lot of pigment in the eyeshadows, so it doesn’t go on as dark as it looks in the palette. Still, the effect is really nice, and it has become my favorite eyeshadow palette. I like that I can create a variety of looks depending on my mood and what image I want to project.

As a 59-year-old, I’ve tried eyeshadows ranging from drugstore brands to Lancôme, but I never noticed a significant difference until I tried Laura Geller’s The Delectables Timeless Tones Eyeshadow Palette. I was pleasantly surprised by how impressed I was with the quality and shades. The color palette is beautifully suited for a more mature complexion, and the shades blend easily. The combinations make it simple to create a variety of looks, from subtle and natural to more defined and dramatic. I also appreciate that the colors complement one another so well, making the palette easy and enjoyable to use. Overall, this is a lovely, versatile palette that I would definitely recommend.

I really like this Palette! I was afraid I would not like it because the colors would be too dark or harsh. I was happy to find that the amount of pressure, for lack of a better word that I used with my brush, gave me the look I wanted. I find I have many favorites in this palette- Definitely versatile. stays on with a primer and maintains throughout the day. I do a smoky eye and appreciate the overall coverage I get.

Not thrilled with the durability/wear of this product. I wanted to love it. The shades are very pretty and love the size of the palette. Especially for travel. It is an ok value for money. Would love to see a richer transfer.

This makeup palette is card board but it’s the perfect size and variety that when I pack for work or vacations it’s is my go to. I own a lot of eyeshadows and blush and sometimes when traveling I have to choose the most portable ones and I end up borrowing my sisters. I’m also black and I bring this up to say that the pigment in this palate is superior. So if you love lush pigmented colors this palate is a must. Thank you Laura Geller for making products that are amazing on darker melaninated skin tones. When I was younger before Fenty beauty the makeup industry basically excluded a lot of people of color. A lot of corporations still need to work on their pigmentation and inclusivity but that’s another discussion for another day, just wanted to say I am impressed with the pigment and rich colors.

The mirror is nice but it’s just a cheap cardboard container with a magnet closure. My bronze color came shattered. This was one of the ones I wanted especially. This package will have it scattered everywhere and leaking out. Expected better packaging for the price. The eyeshadow is good. But the package doesn’t come with an applicator or have room to store one. The box is much bigger than the actual product contained so it could have. Not impressed. Expensive for the price.

This eye makeup completely exceeded my expectations. The color selection is stunning, offering a perfect mix of shades that glide on smoothly and blend like a dream. Every color is highly pigmented and stays vibrant all day without creasing. Finding this level of performance at such a great price is rare. I'm 58, and this makeup works wonderfully on my skin. My eye shadow was delivered with a bunch of other stuff and so was protected and received intact. I love the shadow!! Because of the pigments, it covers a red mole on one of my eyelids without having to use anything else. This is important to me as it takes me 15 min to put on my makeup anyway so less steps helps. Someone said they had to put a lot to get the color to show, but I’m guessing what they were using is too close to the skin shade, as the “seashell” shade is very subtle but does cover up my mole. The “panther” shade is a very dark brown, exactly what I wanted. It also stays on reasonably well, even when I had a nap. I gave it 4 stars because of the box. There are no applicators, and the box is too long to fit into a standard size makeup bag. If the box was square with 3 rows of shadow, it would fit. But with 2 long rows, it won’t. And I had to get a baggie to put applicators in, which had to be bought separately.

A product well worth the money! Beautiful colours and great variety. Stays in place all day. Will definitely buy again

I used to apply Laura Geller daily. I purchased this collection due to the reasonable price and I wasn't disappointed! Beautiful metallic shades, many nudes and suble pinks that are ideal for daytime wear.

I love Laura Geller products in general, and this is no exception. You get 14 different shades of matte brown in a carboard wallet, with a mirror, inside a cardboard box. The colours range from a soft ivory through to a deep, dark brown, and just about every shade in between; if it’s not there, you can mix it. Initially, I thought each eye shadow was quite small, as the diameter is around the size of a penny, but they’re domed, and as they’re so richly pigmented a little really does go a long way. The eye shadows are very easy to apply, blend perfectly, and are forgiving if you’re not so skilled at applying make up. You can create a subtle every day look, right through to the striking and dramatic smoky eye, and it stays in place. On me, I found that it didn’t cake or crease into my lines, which can be an issue with other brands. In addition, you can extend the usage by adding a touch of highlighter over the top to make it sparkle. I do think these are incredible value for money and would gladly buy again.
