I recently ordered a personalized gift from Zoci Voci for my boss, and the experience was outstanding. The team was incredibly receptive to my feedback on the initial design; they even shared a revised creative at no additional cost to ensure it was perfect. The build quality is top-notch, and my boss absolutely loved it! It’s easily one of the most memorable gifts you can give to family, friends, or colleagues. One minor suggestion for the team: It would be great to have an option to upload multiple photos (left/right profiles). Currently, flipping a single image to fit the design can make the face look a bit unrelatable. Having profile-specific uploads would make the likeness perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create long-lasting memories!

Very good customer support and good Output
Very good customer service. Initially I received the item with the different features. I was unhappy with the final output. I approached customer support. They were really good. They responded immediately and said that the problem was with the photograph which I uploaded. Later They asked for a new picture. I have uploaded a new one as per their request. They replaced with a new one with exact features. My suggestion is Just go for it.

Quality issues
The caricature was good in quality but the customised face was compromised. It was looking little bit weird. Also the letter that they are giving as add in options is not worth it all . For the sake of letter they are just giving a simple paper on its company pamplet. Below expectations product really disappointed.
