You can consider using a nebulizer. In my personal experience, the hangsun cn100 works well with this product.

Can these be used with philips respironics innospire deluxe nebuliser?

I got these to go with my hangsun cn950 nebuliser and they worked fantastically,recommend both of them.

Are these recyclable? (does it say anywhere?)

At the bottom of the cardboard packaging, there is a logo to say that both cardboard And plastic pods can be recycled

Are these preservative free?

Physiodose Saline Solution is recommended for babies, children and adults for nasal hygiene, ocular... no chemicals, NO preservatives and no side-effects... I do recommend those sealed plastic pods of 5ml each, each to use and you can recycle each pod...
