Disappointed
This kettle is extremely disappointing. It took 2 hours just to soften the onions, and they never even turned golden brown. After adding the tomatoes, the kettle stopped heating altogether - I could even touch it with my bare hands. Total waste of time. I could have easily cooked two curries in the time this took.

Good quality and durable
Totally worth the price, nice built quality, easy to cook and wash given the broad mouth. Temperature control is not so useful. Cannot heat up oil but otherwise nice for boiling and steaming. Portable as well.

Sturdy design and steel body and heats well.
The look of the Kettle is good. Typical V-guard look. The water took sometime to boil in the first heat. I felt that only one half of the kettle was heating up at the start but then it should not cause any problem. The feature to increase or decrease the temperature is really useful. It is made from stainless steel and should rust for many years. The wide body gives ease of cleaning. Although it takes a great amount of time to boil as compared to the nornal 1500W Kettle. You van actually carry it when travelling also.

Poor service from brand
Product is very good means full paisa vasool but after sale service is very poor. Product was diffected within warrnty period but no body comes to check as the promise for home service at the time or order. So buy on your own risk because neither company will not provide any support nor Amazon will support on this.
