Scrabble Harry Potter

We purchased this game as a gift and we've just gotten around to having a family sit down and spending some time playing it. What a great game it is, Scrabble Harry Potter edition, can be played as a normal scrabble game with just the HP themed board and tile trays. OR it can be played with the HP Hogwarts cards that bring a little twist to the game, things like you cast a spell, you can take one tile from an opponent, you can change a blank tile for the letter if you have it on your rack, and keep the blank to use yourself. There are all different fun bits added to this version of the game, and for HP fans it really adds an extra fun factor. My daughter is HP mad, and she really enjoyed playing it. It can however be played the normal scrabble way, but if that's what you want then I'd go for basic scrabble. This is certainly the game for HP fans. It's certainly a winner for us, and I'm sure it would be for any HP fans. So we needed a new scrabble board as ours was getting a little old. I am so glad I got a themed one, the little bits make it so much better. The cards make it really fun too! Absolutely make scrabble much more fun! I love that each house has a different ability too.

A great version of Scrabble, can be played as the Harry Potter variety or standard. The inclusion of a list of Potter words is helpful! Board and pieces are study as is the box which is a big benefit for board games either so many pieces! Lots of fun and a good price when bought.

My 7 year old grandson loves this! He is learning regular scrabble at the moment, will introduce the spells later. Great quality, great gift 🎁 👍

We've played this & had loads of fun learning how to use the different cards, which made it fun.

We all love Harry Potter Scrabble! It has so many more dimensions to it than regular scrabble, which helps keep little minds engaged. While creating a Harry Potter word (eg: "Expeliamus") is near impossible, having the house cards and Harry Potter cards gives added interest and fun. I much prefer this version too! Well worth it.

Sapevo che le istruzioni non erano presenti in Italiano, ma a parte le regole aggiuntive derivanti dall'edizione speciale dedicata ad Harry Potter, non differiscono da quelle del gioco classico. Consiglio di togliere almeno una parte delle lettere dell'alfabeto internazionale che in Italiano si usano meno (x,w,j,y), specie se come me giocate con i Vostri figli ... Per noi è stato un bell'acquisto e l'occasione di imparare nuove parole e mettere in pratica un pò di logica divertendoci!

Ein sehr schönes Spiel, natürlich in dieser Ausführung in erster Linie für Harry Potter-Fans. Unser Weihnachtsgeschenk kam sehr gut an!

Made scrabble much more fun! The spells you can gain can help you get out of a sticky spot - and the fact you gain more points if you time it right can end up making it hilarious by the end of the game.

Bought it for a gift and the receiver was very happy!
