I don't have an iPad but it is a very nice USB c cable.

Not really sure what you mean by bị directional? I can use this cable to charge my phone from a battery and use it to charge the battery

Does this cable work with the One plus Nord 100 ?

As long as the phone has a USB C connector (which I believe the Nord 100 has) it should work fine...
