ZEISS Conquest HD 10 x 42 Binocular, Black

Gave these as a present to a budding birder. The image was both bright and crisp. Easy to handle and comfortable to use over a long period in the field. Threading of the strap was a bit of a challenge but was managed eventually. The explanatory diagrams could be better. Highly recommended mid-price binoculars.

I have owned many different Leica, Zeiss and Swarovski binoculars over the past forty years. I was considering purchasing the Zeiss Victory model but was lucky enough to try a pair of conquest 10x42 at a local optical warehouse. The quality of these glasses completely blew me away. They are certainly as clear and sharp as my 7x42 Swarovski SLC and certainly as good, if not better than my Leica Trinovid. The twilight factor is superb so viewing in low light is fantastic, and this combined with a wide field of view makes for fatigue free viewing over long periods. A superb purchase and great customer service as always from Amazon. These binoculars are a great buy and worth the money paid for them. You will not be disappointed.

Replaced a pair of cheaper binoculars I'd had for about 15 years. Excellent viewing but the eyepieces are a little stiff. I'll reserve judgement for a few months.

Superb pair of Binoculars,extremely pleased with th HD lenses, ok cost a lot but well worth it,I had read reviews with comments written over the last few years, notably the focus wheel had backlash and the individual eye piece focus adjustment on the one eye piece moved in use, I found no like these problems at all with my new binoculars. The item came well packed in a very strong good box 10x mag allows good view, reasonable weight with 42 mm lens, good bright image

While considering buying binoculars, I was happy to pay whatever it took for good optics. I wanted a pair that were light enough to be comfortable to carry but gave a lot of detail. The Zeiss Conquest are an exceptional pair of binoculars that totally out perform their price tag.

I wanted a new pair of binoculars to replace my ageing Pentax pair. My Pentax ones were 25 years old and were a huge improvement when I bought them on my previous pair. These Zeiss Conquest 10 x 42 are fantastically sharp over the whole field of view. The focus wheel is very smooth and the whole package seems very solid. The field of view is great. I have tried them looking at the night sky and was amazed how many more stars I can see when compared with my Pentax binoculars. So the brightness must be good. They are compact. Only downside in my opinion is the weight. The Zeiss warranty seems very good. If these are mid-range I find it hard to believe that the top range can be much better!

Yes a little on the expensive side, but I believe you get what you pay for with optical equipement. These are very very good. Well made, sturdy and comfortable in use.

La confezione interna della zeiss una volta compreso come aprirla, aveva il binocolo una bella custodia semi imbottita i copri oculari e lenti in gomma morbida due cinghie, una per la custodia e l'altra per il binocolo. I copri oculari inseribili nella cinghia, i copri lenti anteriori fissabili sia alla cinghia che ai passanti del binocolo hanno un sistrma a sgancio rapido. La custodia oltre gli occhielli per la cinghia presenta nel dorso dei passanti per fissarlo alla cintura. Per quanto riguarda il binocolo non sono un esperto ma l'ho trovato ottimo come luminosità e risoluzione, non c'è paragone con binocoli più economici.

Extremely well designed and built, optics incredible, includes quality carrying case, separate straps for the binoculars and the carrying case. Compact. Purchased for birdwatching, and find iit superior to anything I have ever had before for his purpose.

C'est la deuxième paire de jumelles identiquesque je viens d'acheter, une pour mon épouse et une pour moi. J'étais parti au départ sur une deuxième paire d'une autre marque beaucoup moins chère mais j'ai dû la retourner car impossible à régler et angle de vision minuscule. J'accepte à nouveau de mettre le prix car l'angle de vision de cette Zeiss Conquest est vraiment large, pas besoin de bouger la tête. L'image est nette et facile à régler. Image bien fixe, pas de secousse. C'est un bon produit, très solide (voir une vidéo sur Youtube ou on les fait tomber volontairement, elles ne se brisent pas.)

Als Jäger hatte ich verschiedene Gläser zum Beobachten von Wild. Dieses Glas ist in seiner Präzision unübertreffbar. Immer ein scharf gezeichnetes Bild egal in welcher Entfernung.

Una maravilla. Los conocí por un amigo y los compré porque me sorprendió la calidad. Nada que envidiar a otros supuestamente mejores.
