(Specs & other info all found online, sources;gsmarena, tecradar). The Specs are the reason I choose this smartphone over several others I had been looking over a long period for the missus. She use to use a Moto G 2nd Gen but I thought it a good idea to go a few runs up the smartphone ladder & get a G5 SE.So far this phone has preformed perfectly it`,s snappy, sleek & intuitive.Checking out videos on youtube only shows a slight speed deficit between this & it`s bigger brother the G5 but of course, the G5 is 1.5 times it`s price so,I would say the G5 SE is probably the better buy. Recommended 5*`s,I didn`t even mention it`s modularity which it wasn`t bought for but it`s one of the few phones with this feature. The best mod is once again "probably" the B&O DAC. I say this my phone is the LG V20 that has the B&O DAC built in to it & yes it IS hifi sound quality, outstanding reproduction of music ESPECIALLY with flac files, the bigger the file the more you`ll enjoy & experience the B&O DAC,thank you for reading.

6 months in and I'm still happy. Overall a good phone.
I have had this phone for about 6 months now and here are my findings. Screen - A nice, crisp screen with vivid colours. Not a match for the Super AMOLED screens in Samsung's but for LCD, very high quality indeed. The always on display is a good feature which quickly allows you to check the time and see if you have any notifications. It comes with a minimal battery penalty and so I would say is worth having. My only negative with the screen is that it occasionally my screen seems to suffer from temporary burn down the sides in after using the keyboard. It seems to last a little while then fade away, most noticeable when you are on a dark screen. Cameras - In good lighting conditions, all three cameras are very good. The wide angle lens works very well and comes in handy very frequently, particularly when taking photos of large objects or in confined spaces. It doesn't capture in as high quality as the main camera but it is still to a high standard. It's a very useful feature that I wish more phones would adopt! The standard camera takes excellent photos and the selfie camera can take good quality photos too. In low level lighting, the cameras sometimes seem to struggle to focus, but the results are often acceptable. Performance - Operates smoothly, with little lag. Plenty of power design having a less powerful processor than the standard G5. I do a fair bit of multitasking and it handles it all very well. UI - LG's UI seems to be fairly lightweight and a lot less intrusive than Samsung's UI, though not as clean as Sony's. Thankfully LG released an update that allowed you to have an app tray as opposed to just having all your apps on the home page, which is a much messier layout. This phone can currently be updated to Android 7.0. Your guess is as good as mine as to whether it will get 8.0. I would hope so, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Design - Metal body feels nice and the screen which curves at the top looks well designed. The finger print scanner is well positioned on the back and is close to where your finger naturally falls. The modular aspect of the phone is a complete waste of time and there are no bits that are worth having. What might please a lot of people is that the battery is replaceable as this phone isn't a sealed unit like a lot of today's higher end phones. The downside of this is that it isn't waterproof like a lot of it's competitors. Battery - Fairly poor. Often struggle to get a day out of it, though I do watch videos and browse the web a fair bit. However, I was comfortably getting a day out of my Sony Z3. Now I charge my phone midday to make sure that it will last to the end of the day. Overall, I'm pleased with the phone. The cameras perform well the majority of the time and features such as the wide angle lens are very useful. The overall performance of the phone is good, there are just a few little problems here and there but they aren't troublesome enough to make me dislike the phone. The biggest issue with this phone is that at the time of writing now, the LG G6 is only about £60 more. For that difference, it is probably worth spending the extra to get the more powerful and newer G6. It will be supported for longer, is waterproof, better rated camera and a better screen. However, if your budget doesn't allow for it, this is still a very good phone.

Very good to start with but after a few updates and tge release of the lgg6 my phone keeps cutting out when browsing the net and also my sat nav / google maps dont work....Gps isnt great after my latest update. Lg customer service isnt great either I went with the lg as my IPHONE was doing the same so no doubt lg are doing the same as iphone and sending us unwanted updates to slow our phones down so we update to the latest ones

Happy with my LG
Had a G4 that cost me £200 but broke after 12 months. It went into a boot loop. Wanted to replace it with a G6, but it is not available yet. Didn't want to pay close to £500 for a G5. Then stumbled on the G5SE. Spec wise it is slightly above the G4. It has a newer version of android and should receive Nougat soon. I love the camera. The G4 was good the G5SE is better. It also has a super wide angle feature which has come in useful. Performance wise it not bad. I am a heavy user of apps being tech geek. It lags a little bit on occasions but nothing to complain about. The builtin speakers are quite good too. Have seen myself listen to Spotify via them. Build wise, the phone is light weight and plasticy. But stick a cover on it and it doesn't really matter. The curve at the top of the screen seems a bit pointless too me. I don't intend to purchase the camera or speaker module, however the bit that you remove for the module creates a slight lip at the bottom of the screen. Again nothing to write home about. All in all, I am happy with this phone. It does everything i need it to do at a reasonable price.

L'ho ovviamente reso, essendo inutilizzabile. Sconsiglio vivamente questo venditore
