Body Glide Foot Anti Blister Balm (22.68g)

I've suffered from blisters on one toe for over 20 years. I've tried recommendations from two podiatrists but, until now, the best I could find was to use smooth, thin plasters on that toe and the one next to it. That didn't cure the problem but did reduce the size of the blisters. I saw the reviews of this Body Glide Foot balm so tried it. It worked on two local 11 mile walks so I then relied on it for a week walking in the Pennines - absolutely no blisters despite still having some of the hard, rough skin from the previous blisters. I've now been able to file down most of the hard skin from the old blisters and don't get any more as long as I use this.It's totally non-greasy so doesn't rub off on my socks and does lat all day.

This really works. Husband uses it whenever he goes walking be it a training walk or a marathon. Take your time applying this balm to your feet. Combined with good socks = no more blisters!

I've been hiking for the past 7 years, and was yet to fine a solution to my blisters, until now! I've tried taping, new boots, blister plasters and other "tricks" but to no avail. I've just returned from a week in the Welsh mountains, hiking every day and not a single blister. Before setting out I would apply a generous coat on blister hotspots, put my boats on and hike all day! It may be a bit pricey, but it is worth it!

only used it twice so far, it has definitly helped in reducing friction over a 15 mile walk, Instructions were not to clear as to how many times you apply during a long walk, so re applied half way through, seemed to do what i have bought it for. Although it is rather expensive its definitly better than using blister tape

Good product, no grease or slime. Works very well at stopping hot spots and blisters.

During my working day I can walk up too 10 Miles, I was suffering from friction blisters mainly on my toes, tried most tips, tricks and products out there and ended up spending each morning covering my toes with plasters, I seen this product and thought why not tried everything else, I must say I am well impressed with it, from day one it worked, 5 days on and no blisters, no pain, no need for plasters, I combined it’s use with runners double layered socks. Put on a generous amount. If there’s a bad point it’s the price for the tiny stick.

marvellous stuff. I had no problems with rubbing or blisters at all. Would recommend it for anyone walking long distances.

When I bought this I didn't know what to expect. I have used it with a pair of shoes that I know rub my feet on the ankle quite badly. I wouldn't normally wear these shoes all day because of the fit of them. I found as long I kept topping the application up (every 30 mins or so) throughout the day then it was ok. But my feet still rubbed, I still got marks and was sore from wearing them. I didnt get blisters though. So to any other sceptics like me out there.. I wouldn't buy this again.

This stuff is great! Wore it for Disney & Universal. No blisters- not one! Slather it on all over your feet, you'll be good to go!

This works so much better than I expected it to! You can put it on your feet as well as putting it on the shoe itself and it stops the rubbing that creates blisters. You can even put it on after you've already got blister and it makes it feel so much more comfortable. From someone whose feet continually get shredded by shoes, this product is a dream.

A brilliant formula created and developed. I never get shoe bites or anything when I apply this to my toes, heel, etc. Works especially well with heels. Highly recommend! 🙌

Es muy bueno, no irrita. Es como si te pusieras vaselina pero tienes la comodidad de que es en barra. Te lo tienes que aplicar de nuevo después de unas horas para conservar el efecto.
