does it help acne at all?

Hi, it certainly helped my perioral dermatitis when antibiotics and other face washes failed. Need a face cloth to remove it properly, and I also use the moisturisers. Probably worth a try, give it a month to settle your skin down. Won't lather, and don't use too much. Pound coin size enough.

Can I use these products pregnant?

It doesn't say you can not but if you are struggling with acne while pregnant it might be just change of hormones.
