I have bought aroma oils from this brand a few times and always happy with the quality (although that means it’s on the pricier side sometimes with some specific oils which are sold in smaller amounts like this one, only 5ml). I personally don’t really like the frankincense smell (but I bought it because it’s good to use in anti-aging oil mixtures). And it’s supposed to be relaxing too. I am only slowly getting used to the scent but I think it’s acquired ‘taste’ as it was with the patchouli oil for me. I am not too keen on a new safer lid which needs to be pressed down before opening. I hope they won’t be making all the oils with this type of safety lid.

This is the real Mc Coy! This is REAL Santulum Album!!! Usually 99% of so called Sandalwood oils are not Santulum Album, but the totally unrelated Amyris. Also beware of the australian Santulum Spicatum, which does not have the same smell and properties. Even most oils sold as Santulum Album are faked these days, on Sri Lanka they chemically synthesize it! This "Absolute Aromas" oil is government approved real Mysoore Sandalwood oil. As soon as you open the bottle the typical warm and heavy smell, which is unlike everything else in the world, will enchant you. Since the death of Sandalwood smuggler Veerappan the prices have gone up by 300%, thus the "Absolute Aromas" price, which is only double than 6 years ago, is very reasonable. ATTENTION!!! This is an edditing of my first review: THERE IS A MISPRINT ON THE CARDBOARD BOX SAYING "SANTULUM SPICATUM", INSIDE ON THE LABEL OF THE BOTTLE YOU WILL FIND "SANTULUM ALBUM"!!!!! This has led another reviewer to the wrong statement that it is not Santulum Album, while in fact it is!!! I bought 4 bottles and they are all real Santulum Album! Absolute Aromas would actually commit a crime if it wasn't, since they state that it is from Mysoore and Government aproved. Santulum Spicatum originates in Australia, Santulum Album in Southern India!!!

Perfect for oil burner & mix with some massage oil. Not suitable for everyone. Perfect for home cleansing, strengthening emotional self..if you want to stay focused, alert, cleansed, purified & strength to purge like de clutter...get rid of toxic people bad habits or working on forgiveness. It's a great scent, remedy for all those hard to deal with big things & changes & life challenges. It's thin not thick usual frankincense oil.

Absolute Aromas Frankincense Essential Oil is a must-have in my collection. The 5ml bottle is perfect for carrying around, and the oil itself is of high quality. I love the calming and grounding effect it has, and the scent is just divine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the benefits of frankincense oil
