What are the exact dimensions of the lid

The dimensions of the actual cover are as advertised. If you are loking for the dimensions of the complete assembly then that is a differant matter

do you have a manhole cover with the dimensions 750mm x 450 mm it is for pedestrians only?

Correct- pedestrian, not suitable for vehicular traffic. Last one of these I replaced was in a lawn, and the gardeners drove their pick-up truck over it and shattered it.

Will this fit the the frame of a westfair frame as only the lid is cracked ?

If your cracked lid is 640x495 (or a few mm less) it may well fit, provided the corner radius is about right. I don't recognise "westfair", but fitting this lid into a customer's existing frame worked perfectly for me. I just measured the frame I have left over to get this measurement.

please can you advise if this cover can be used on a drive and what tonnage it can withstand

A15 is a pedestrian cover and should not be used on a drive. You can go for a 5 t Galv cover which would be your cheapest option or if you want a cast iron cover you need to go for an medium duty we stock both just ring for a price and I would be happy to help further. Kind Regards Andy
