Sonic Generations - Classics (Xbox 360)

This game is the first 3D sonic game to come out in a long time that is how 3D sonic games are supposed to be. Up until now, its all been a bit ... terrible. And largely Nintendo based, which is frustrating. But this is the first 3D sonic game I have enjoyed since I played Sonic Adventure 2 on the Dreamcast. Sadly, it seems they did not keep up with the form in this game on thier next Nintendo only releases, but I still have hope. I am a lifelong sonic fan, and despite dissapointment after dissapointment, we still hold out that maybe the next one will be better .... please? As for the purchase itself, I had no problems with that, and the game runs fine on my Xbox 360. This is the only 3D Sonic game you really need to play, for the previous generation.

After watching a Digital Foundry video about this I just had to buy it. The original XBox 360 could not handle the ambition of the game as it kept dropping frame rates. Not so on the X Box Series X. It’s been updated to 4k 60 fps. And it is a joy to behold.

I grew up with the Sonic the Hedgehog series of games on the Sega Megadrive. This game goes back to the roots with some levels of classic gameplay whilst mixing in some 3D levels. I've really enjoyed this game after avoiding the other Sonic games on the Xbox 360. I would recommend this game!

Remember Sonic from when I was a kid and little has changed with it really. Great game downloaded pretty fast, got it at a good price as well so all good.

This sonic game gives a great nostalgic fix of fun. If you have played the sonic games before the 00's, you we realize there is a lot of inspired music and ext in the game. Pros= It is a very good game witch does not forget about the good things such as the original sonic. cons=frame rate can drop down quite a bit, which is very bad, considering the you will go very fast 80% of the time.

Was sceptical it wouldn’t work having read a few of the reviews. After an 8GB update it worked straight away. Graphics are that of an Xbox 360 game but when its cheap as chips you can’t complain

My son is over the moon with this game and I've been having fun on it too as it's like going back to my youth!

Awesome game! Works like I expected! Has Classic and Modern and I like that 😊 Even though it’s not for 1-2 players... I’m fine! 👍 But the thing is when I got it out of the Xbox rapper ( you can see it on the photo ) it had a dent on the back of the game box and even that does bother me not a bad game! So my final answer: 10/10 Awesome! 🔵💨 Note to Sega & Nintendo: ( I wish this was on the Nintendo Switch )

El mejor juego de Sonic sacado en años, todo un fanservice para los fans de Sonic de toda la vida, perfecta retrocompatibilidad en Series X a 4K, el único problema que tiene, solucionable vía actualización, es que lo títulos de las fases antes de sus inicios respectivos aparecen con símbolos, supongo a debido a un fallo en la conversión a las nuevas plataformas. Por lo demás, excelente. Si eres fan de Sonic, no dudes en conseguirlo.
