Extraordinary efficiency and speed! I ordered a 25LB bag of organic millet, I blink, it's on my doorstep. Moreover, the millet is perfect, and all the packaging is recyclable. Who eats all that millet? I eat a little, but most is for the wild birds who come to my Wildlife Soup Kitchen: Example: We recently had a major ice storm -- which meant the Cardinals, Chickadees, White-throated Sparrows, Rufous-sided Towhees, Jays et al could not forage; they became birdfeeder-dependent. I got this to make my own custom bird seed mix and the birds love it. Don't want to feed GMOS to any living creature, so the organic certification is a must. Good quality, fresh.

Not mentioned what kind of millet , I thought it was jawar [sourgham] but not mentioned clearly , plz be specify .This is proso millet .There so many millets varieties,,,,,,,,,Kodo millet , foxtail millet ,Little millet , barnyard millet , finger millet .

Very versital in sides and main courses. Works wonderfully with rice of any sort. I even use it to fortify soups, like beef and barley.
