Compeed are the best for blisters.
If you have blisters then compeed are ideal. If you follow the instructions on the pack they work great. You get 3 different shapes and 2 of each so 6 blister plasters in total. I suffer with the typical one on the back of the heel from shoes. I put one of these on and just leave it until it falls off and it instantly stops the pain meaning you can wear shoes the enxt day as they're thick plasters so provide good padding. The stick to the skin very well and should not be pulled off. They beome like a second skin and mould to the blister so if removed early it pulls away any scab or healing from the blister which then is left raw again. Compeed aren't the cheapest but would always recommend them as they do exactly what they're supposed to and allow you to carry on as normal even with larger sized blisters. After a bit they can start to curl up at the edges but I just trim these bits with small nail scissors to keep the rest of the plaster in place until the blister is ready. They come in a small compact carry case which easily fits in bagpacks and handbags so you can always have them with you.

Great product
Could not recommend anything more. These saved my feet while I was hiking, make sure to put on before the blisters start to form for maximum protection

Best on the market
Stick well, do exactly what they are supposed to do. Recently walked a 26.5mile marathon through the Peak District and with these applied before I started no blisters were formed at the end. No concerns at all, if you need them, buy these and only these.

Perhaps a dud adhesion....
I normally love Compeed, it is such a good product though quite expensive. This one for me however not so good. I had them on the back of my ankles and this time they did not stay. The adhesion perhaps had changed in some way. I will buy and try again just to be sure that it was just a dud pack.

They just work
These were recommended by my sister … my blister was on the side of my big toe, impossible to walk as was fearful it would pop! Used the largest plaster out of this selection, it did pop but once the plaster was on, when it was due to come off the skin had healed and foot and walking is fine. It took about 7 days but walking was fine once the plaster was in place.

Saved the day twice
On a recent walking holiday, an hour or so into the first walk I felt a hot spot on my left heel and was very kindly given a medium sized Compeed plaster which I hurriedly slapped on my blistering heel. It made walking much more comfortable but was coming off by the time we were back. It brought off a patch of skin with it of say an inch by half an inch revealing weeping sore skin. I was doubtful about walking on the third day as it had not healed much. Again, kindly given another Compeed and I applied it with advice of a first aider. I dried the sore with a hair dryer and warmed the plaster to make it pliable and held it in place for a time with a cupped hand and paid particular attention to make the edges stick firm. Although aware of the blister it caused no real trouble on the walk. It would have been painful without to the point of probably crying off. At the end, one edge was lifting slightly and I kept it on. On day 10 the plaster fell off. The blister was healed over and I wasn't aware of it from say day 3. I thought I would pass on this tedious account as Compeed is a fantastic product, in a different league to Elastoplast. They saved the day for me on 2 walks and healed really well a nasty open blister, keeping out infection. The good advice on application was shown to be important. I am told that there are look-alikes but which are not as good. Although very rarely suffering blisters I shall be keeping Compeeds with the mint cake in my rucksack. New ones, I mean ...

By far the most necessary and outstanding aid for blisters. Europeans wear them so I tried them on my Portuguese Camino. Had two blisters and two more forming. You put them on the blisters and leave them there. Amazing. Immediate relief and recovery. It stays on until it falls off by itself and by then your blister is nearly gone.
