This is my second lot. Helps break up & digest food so it can be better absorbed. Aids regularity of bowel movement as well. Contains all the most important digestive enzymes. UPDATE: December2019. I have been using these on & off for years because of gradually worsening DIGESTIVE problems. I have tried many other brands also but now conclude that these work well for me. After much research by myself along with NHS doctor's diagnosis of IBS, I have come to the conclusion that I am suffering from LEAKY GUT SYNDROME, which is very common these days owing to processing of foods, 'doctored' wheat & lectins in food. (Check out Dr Steven Gundry &/or Dr Joshua Axe.). I take one or two of these either before or just after a snack or meal & they allow me to have normally-formed bowel movements instead of continual diarrhoea. I also take a probiotic combined with a prebiotic- ZIPVIT. All this allows nutrients to be absorbed which means I am not as 'wiped out' & lacking in energy as I was before. The doctor gave me Loperamide which treats the diarrhoea symptoms but doesn't heal the intestinal lining which has been ripped to shreds by lectins in nightshade family foods. To heal my DIGESTIVE tract I take L-glutamine powder mixed with water each morning. This DIGESTIVE enzyme combination in capsule form is marvellous for my IBS/Leaky Gut problems but has now been found to help combat arthritic pain which is another of my health problems. AGING is the real problem but there is very little we can do about this apart from ensuring that everything we consume and apply to our skin is as pure as it can possibly be. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. ☺ It will take time to see the end product of well-functioning digestion but I now know I am on the right track.

A good product at a good price (just under a tenner for 90 capsules). The inclusion of ginger in the formulation (amongst other helpful things) is particularly beneficial for me. The capsules are easy-to-take (not too large), and I found them to be effective in aiding my digestion. Overall, I would both recommend this product and buy it again.

Average digestive enzymes

I have been buying a more expensive brand and was apprehensive these tablets would work as much cheaper but can honestly say they work brilliantly and have as much benefit so will continue to use them from now on. They really do make such a difference to my digestion as I have struggled ever since having my gall bladder removed.

I need broad spectrum digestives enzymes while I'm healing from a leaky gut which has caused serious health issues and is a total nightmare. I give these enzymes from Troo 5 stars because they seem to help and contain no harmful additives I have found in other products. In fact it is so hard to find supplementation without extra crap and Troo stands out in the market place with their products for this reason.

Made my indigestion worse could taste tablets all day , did no good whatsoever , i am finding Natural Yoghurt much more help. Rubbish product.

Ok I am not one to write reviews but on this occassion I feel I must - but of history first - been having stomach issues for the last 3 years to the point I was actually having to plan any activities around where I knew there would be toilets- I would literally eat something and with in an hour rush to the toilet- It got so bad I was fearful to leave the house and if the wife suggested a walk I would be on the look out for the nearest facilities just in case- indeed i began to look an invitation to dine out with friends as hell on earth not knowing if the food would cause a reaction- I eventually went to the doctor and ge diagnosed IBS which we all know is just a fob off - he prescribed tablets that did nothing - I even tried a kinieselogist (ok cant spell that) who said I reacted badly to a whole list of foods that there is no point listing- she also recommended a probiotic tablet that were extremely expensive and to avoid the foods - tried that with little or no success and ate little to no effect- then tried the CBD oil and again limited effects - finally about 3 months ago i seen an advert for the digest tonic tablet and thought what the hell - it had come to the point I would try anything- well to say they were a mini miracle would be an understatement- 3 months done the line I am eating and drinking what I like with no consequence (still avoid cream but hey who is counting) - I take one tablet with breakfast and one at lunch and if going out for dinner I take one while eating - my life has literally completely changed and I no longer fear going out or stopping off for food if out and about- I simply cannot recommend these tablets enough - now I realise they may not work for everyone but in my case they have literally changed my life

It seems like whoever is responsible for this digestive enzymes product has no business selling digestive enzymes. Their formulation includes lipase, amylase AND HCL. Anybody who knows a thing about lipase and amylase know they require an alkaline environment to work. combining those with HCL is an incredibly stupid move on this companies part. Fortunately, it's only a small amount, but it means that certain enzymes in this formulation are not as effective as they could be Edit: well, been using these for almost 2 weeks now and i jumped the gun a bit. I am getting zero relief from these and i largely suspect its the HCL inactivating the lipase and amylase enzymes. I can tell its the HCL acid because my indigestion and acid reflux is far worse on these than without Note to seller/manufacturer. Pleas remove HCL from your formula as it makes zero sense in combination with certain enzymes you have included here. All it is doing is making certain enzymes unlikely to be affective when ingesting certain types of food that they aid in digesting
