Since I used LactoJoy, I can finally enjoy my business trips and going out for dinner with friends without worrying about where and what I eat. Because of the high dosage I just have to pop a pill before I eat and no problems at all. I am just thrilled that the pill is that small and contains only lactase and potato starch. So it is possible to easily chew the pills if you have no liquids around you and it is just awesome that the pill has no taste at all. What LactoJoy makes really unique is, besides the great working lactase pill, the classy design of the tin box. It is so handy to go out and to take LactoJoy with you. I always have a box in the inside pocket of my jacket so I am prepared for spontaneously meals. It’s really funny, one of my friends asked me once if he could have a mint too, before I told him about the lactase pills. To sum up: I can certainly recommend LactoJoy and I will purchase these pills again!

The full tablets are great and are the real deal. I can usually feel in about 30 mins if a Lactase supplement is not sufficient. I have never had any issues when taking these prior to a Lactose-based meal or item (ice cream). You can easily cut the tablets in half. They are compacted, so spilt easily and do not breakup once cut, so you can return half a tablet back to the container for future use. My only recommendation is to take a tablet a few minutes before a meal as they hard so even chewing them will take a while for them to fully dissolve in your mouth. I prefer to fully dissolve them in my mouth first before consuming anything. Whether that is the correct usage I am not sure, but it works for me. Your mileage may vary (ymmv). Having to abstain from anything containing lactose (pretty much everything it seems) is a nightmare especially when eating out. I used to have Holland & Barratt lactase capsules but they didn't always work quickly enough, required water and didn't last long and I could never have liquid dairy or ice cream with them. These LactoJoy tablets are far, far better. They're chewable so I don't need a drink with them, they come in a small tin rather than a large bottle so easy to keep in a pocket, they last a long time too as I can split them in half if I'm only having something with a small amount of lactose and the best thing is I can finally drink milk with them and have ice cream! I take two or three for that just to be sure but I'm not sure if I really need to, they work so well. The only negative I'd say is that they do tend to fall apart a bit if they get too shaken up in transit and they're still a bit expensive.

My brother recommended this product to me. He has worse lactose intolerance than me, and tried a number of different products before this one. It is more expensive than other products, but it really works. I take one tablet just before eating/drinking something containing lactose and my reaction to the lactose is minimal. I occasionally get a slight headache, but it's worth it so that I can enjoy butter, ice cream and cream teas!

I tried these after trying another similar product on Amazon. I have suddenly developed severe lactose intolerance. I love dairy specifically cheese, so I was horrified at how unwell I would get after eating a very small amount. As I said I tried a different make that is popular in the Usa but has only around 8,000 of the enenze. I had to take at least two and still had slight symptoms although much improved. I saw these and the amount of the enzyme per tablet, nearly double to the others. So despite the high price tag I ordered some. What can I say? Wow they really work, to the point I can forget about any symptoms what so ever. They are in a really neat container, that you can slip into any pocket or bag, small easy to swallow and work 100%!

I was very excited about this product, and while it works for a small slice of cheese, does not work for ice-cream or anything of similar volume even if you take two pills...

C’est pour le moment ma marque d’enzyme préférée. En tant qu’étudiante en médecine, c’est celle que je recommande à mes patients ( et non, je ne reçois aucun avantage de cette entreprise ). Après avoir testé personnellement ces enzymes pendant 3 mois, je les trouve bien efficaces, même sur une intolérance sévère. J’ai l’habitude de manger régulièrement du lactose et c’est devenu mon allier pour beaucoup de repas. 1 boîte de 80cp tient environ 3 mois. Elles ne sont pas efficaces à 100% tout le temps, mais prises à temps, elles s’approchent du 95%. 1 comprimé contient la dose suffisante pour un repas avec une contenance de lactose moyenne. Il m’arrive de doubler la dose (risotto ou flanc par exemple) ou de la diviser par deux (juste un dessert à la crème), en cela les comprimés sécables sont très utiles. J’avais lu que quelqu’un recommandait de les croquer légèrement afin que leur effet total soit atteint rapidement et en même temps que le repas car elles étaient trop compactées et je confirme. La boîte est très pratique, discrète. J’en ai commandé plusieurs pour en laisser au travail par exemple pour ne pas être prise au dépourvue. Je me demande par contre si le fait que cette boîte ne soit pas hermétique ne détériore pas la qualité des enzymes pour des personnes pour qui une boîte durerait plus de 3 mois. Enfin une dernière question, je me demande si ces enzymes ne pourraient pas être un facteur (mineur) d’aggravation d’une gastrite/ulcère/reflux gastro-œsophagien. Je n’ai pas encore trouvé la réponse mais je la publierais ici dès que je l’aurais. Question prix, je trouve l’option de recharge très intéressante. J’ai apprécié le minimum d’emballage également.

Je n’ai lu qu’un seul commentaire remontant exactement le même problème que moi : 1h après avoir pris certaines pilules (c’est étrangement aléatoire), des crampes abominables et de très fortes nausées. Ce ne sont pas du tout les symptômes que j’ai si je ne prend pas de lactase.

I am extremely disappointed! This product does not work. There are other ones that actual work for less money. I am now stuck with these pills that I can’t use and have paid $60 for them. Don’t waste your money. I had to go to the pharmacy and buy some over the counter.

Uso estas pastillas muy a menudo ya que soy diagnosticada intolerante a la lactosa porque contienen mucha encima de lactasa y además son naturales por lo que no interfiere con otros medicamentos. Un punto muy positivo es el dosificador, las opciones de menos pastillas van con una cajita metálica muy práctica para llevar a cualquier sitio. Luego hay opciones que van presentadas en bolsa y se puede rellenar la cajita. El tema precio en estos casos es relativo ya que lo importante es encontrar aquellas pastillas que se adapten a tus necesidades y sobretodo sean efectivas.
