USE RECCOMENDATIONS: healthy hooves care: 3 application for week. before a competition: 1 application for beauty under dry weather conditions: 4 to 5 apllications for week When hooves are too dry: wash the foot, then dry it and apply the product. Reapet this daily operation for eight days.

Hi, Liquid Hoof Dressing: is a 100% natural formula made from vegetable oils and fresh bay leaves which release their substances after maceration. As such it has no expiry date and will keep its properties indefinitely. For best results follow these guidelines. Apply the product with a brush directly on the outside of the foot, the sole and the frog. Care on healthy hooves: 2 applications per week. Before a competition: 1 application (for beauty and aesthetics). In dry weather: 4 to 5 applications each week.

Geoff cole i have not purchased so hence i have no instructions.is this product suitable for sole and frog ?

Hi Geoff, thanks for your interest in Kevin Bacon's Liquid Hoof Solution. Absolutely, both the ointment and liquid hoof dressings are intended to treat the whole hoof - hoof, frog and sole. For normal use, apply twice weekly to each foot. If you experience exceptionally dry conditions, that should be increased to 4/5 times weekly. However, if you are specifically concerned about the condition of the frog and sole, say due to wet conditions or prolonged stabling, then the product to use is Kevin Bacon's Hoof Solution, which is a specially formulated product for protection of the frog and sole. A combination of the two will help keep your horse's feet in tip-top condition.

Fantastic product a stable must have!

Not quite sure why the review wants me to rate warmth or thickness?? Anyway I love KB liquid hoof dressing it has done wonders for my horse's feet and it really moisturises the whole foot when applied. When I first started using it I was using a litre a month now it lasts me a bit longer as his feet are in much better condition.

Love this product

Love Bacon's hoof products and the oil is now my favourite. My mares feet loo great just after application and they stay healthy in all weathers with 3 uses a week. Application is really easy, mainly due to the brush being in the lid - means there's no searching for a brush and everything stays cleans and ready for use.
