One of the best Cocoa Powders you can get for the money

There’s zero bitterness, just a deep chocolate flavour that makes hot chocolates taste genuinely luxurious. It also bakes beautifully, giving cakes a darker colour and a far better flavour than the usual supermarket brands. I won’t be buying any other cocoa powder after this.

Delicious, rich deep, fruity flavour

Excellent quality and value. It is alkalised ("Dutch processed") and has acidity regulator E501 (Potassium Carbonate). I actually wanted true 100% cocoa but I will happily get through this 1kg bag before buying powdered Cacao.

The best cocoa powder. It makes a big difference to chocolate cakes and puddings. My kids have cocoa for their bedtime drink each night and they really like this one.

Very rich, dark, 100% cocoa powder of very high quality - there is nothing like this on the supermarket shelves. I prefer 'dutched' cocoa for the deeper, more intense chocolatey flavour, and this one is sublime. I did a comparison of this with some cocoa powder I'd bought in my nearest supermarket, and the difference was obvious. This one is darker, smoother tasting, mixes better and doesn't leave a residue - altogether better quality. It makes a delicious hot chocolate drink, but it's so much richer and velvety tasting - if you're used to supermarket cocoa powder, you might not need to use so much powder. I made a chocolate fudge cake this afternoon using some of this instead of my usual brand in the recipe and the finished product was not only darker and more luxurious, the chocolate 'hit' was something else! You'll never want to go back to 'supermarket brand' cocoa after this.

I use this cocoa powder in our homemade ice cream that we sell as a small business. Customers love the flavour. It's dark, rich and flavourful. Only one complaint. I HATE the bags they come in. Terrible quality. No matter how you open them, they split wide open all the way down the side. I now pour the contents into a sealable tub container, as soon as I open it, so that I don't have problems with the powder spilling everywhere.
