I add it to homemade bread, toasted! Lovely
Finally I have had them delivered on time. It might have just been a problem with deliveries, so I’m not holding it against it! I started by adding the malt extract to my bread recipe, but I forgot to add it once, and decided to add to the toasted bread! Never went back! It is great! Try it!

It's what I needed as I couldn't find it locally. It was expensive, probably because it's organic. I did find it locally after some hunting, and it was a lot cheaper.

Il a très bon goût, pas trop sucré. Il a un consistance assez épais. Ceci s'accentue après un séjour dans le réfrigérateur. J'utilise le malt beaucoup pour parfumer les yaourts, ou pour édulcorer gâteaux et cookies.
