Do these clean the drains of blockages such as hairs ?

I always had a problem with my longish hair blocking the bath but these have worked brilliantly and i have had no blockages since i put one in my bath. I think this is a great product.

Can you use these sticks if sinks are connected to a macerator?

it depends on how the sink is connected, the stick sits in the u-bend, if the u-bend is 'before' the macerator then yes they will work - if its an integrated sink/macerator then maybe not

Can you use Ecozone Enzymatic drain sticks on outside drains

The Ecozone Enzymatic drain sticks are designed for the household drains whenever there are bad smells but they need to be submerged in water in order for them to work. I suppose you can use the sticks in any type of drains with bad smells providing that there is water going into those drains. However the sticks only last around a month and perhaps using them on outside drains would be a waste of money and you wouldn't appreciate their full effect.I think that a good eco friendly anti bacterial product from a garden centre would be more appropriate for the outside drains or pipes. Would these work on drain flies?

It would work on their food source, not the flies themselves, so it would be gradual but eventually they'd leave.
