I was very dubious about this but drastic action was called for as the dress I bought for a summer wedding would not zip up!!!! Yes I could have bought a bigger dress but that really is the slippery slope. So exercise and diet the only answer. My niece recommended this machine, she uses it every day. Being 60+ I thought it would be far too strenuous for me but you work at your own pace and you set the amount of help the machine gives you by tightening the 2 springs, what is hard about that. I now do 100 sit-ups and 50 arm pumps to keep bingo-wings in check and that is it. You can do much more for toning different places but I dont want to do more as the battle between me and the zip will be won by sit-ups for now.
