DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM AS IT DOES NOT COME WITH A WATER BOWL THAT WILL WARM THE FOOD SO YOU CANNOT USE THE CHAFING DISH WITHOUT IT. USELESS PURCHASE. I can’t actually complain as I bought this because it’s the cheapest however the quality will not last a long time as compared to other chafing dishes that I have. I actually received 2 food dishes but no water dish so how can you warm the food without the water dish and I can’t warm the food directly as it will burn both the food and the actual dish/pan. I have contacted the seller but no response in days. I want to know if they can send me the water dish otherwise this is no use for me. SELLER SAID WOULD SEND REPLACEMENT FOR WATER BOWLS BUT AFTER 2 MONTHS- STILL NOTHING. SELLER OFFERS A REFUND OF £6 ??? I SAID NO AS I NEED THE WATER BOWLS

Arrived on time but not in original box.Strong and steady,kept food warm for long period. Downside was a bit small than expected.Did the job well though
