Nice product but its too soon to notice a difference also the box it came in wasn't sealed luckily the bottle was sealed

It's a higher dose my doctor prescribed 5mg so I take one every 3 days

I have the mtfr gene mutation and my B12 is consistently low in bloodwork. I had been taking other highly rated supplements but decided to give this a try as they didn’t seem to be making an impact. I noticed a difference in the first week! Better sleep, no midday naps needed, more energy and better focus. I’m amazed at the difference this supplement is making so quickly! For the cost, and with just one pill a day, this is a great choice for people with the mtfr gene mutation!

After testing positive for a homozygous MTHFR mutation I started taking this supplement. My doctor recommended taking this supplement in general. The taste and drops are great. I found it easiest to count the drops in the mirror. I had to "pulse" the dosing to work my way up to 10 drops as this gave me headaches when I initially taking it. It took about a month for my body to get used to the 10 drop dose. As a side note I found taking it around the time I had morning coffee helped mitigate headaches in case it helps anyone else. Now I take the normal dose daily without side effects and I think it has helped overall alertness? It is hard to say. I'm taking this supplement more to help reduce homeocystine levels and as a preventative to hopefully reduce risk of health issues. So far so good, I will post an update when I get more blood work to test the effectiveness of the supplement in lowering homeocystine levels, but I've heard it may take a while. My mother has a heterozygous MTHFR mutation and started also taking this supplement. She noticed much more of an energy boost than I did and did not have headaches taking it. She really likes this supplement as well.

Love this stuff. Found it on TT a year or so ago. Works perfect! Game changer for me. I highly recommend. 10/10. Fr. U need this. Don't second guess. Helped me all the way around. Gave me energy. Helped my mood. Got me more focus on things I've been putting off for way too long. Just made everything better. I gave it to a could people I know. I bought them bottles. I liked it that much. I could see the change in them. They agree. Everyone needs to try it. Go by the directions. Not good to take too much. I've done alot of research. Also....read the reviews. It helped me at first.
