I have been using my tea maker for about two years without any issues, but it suddenly stopped working. As you would appreciate, two years is quite a short time for a product like this, and I’m disappointed with the experience. I kindly request your support regarding this matter.

The top part of my tea pot was broken. Is there any way to get just the top part where you put the tea in it? Please help me with that. Many thanks

If you want to use 40C, the water's degree blows 40C. I love that. Easy to clean. Big capacity for water and tea pot. It's look useful.

The product came used. That's why I returned it without trying.

Not only does this look great but is very easy to use. Also doubles up as a normal kettle if you don't wish to use the diffuser part. Just press the relevant button and let the kettle do the rest. Very handy to have the water being kept at the required temperature for 2hours. Voice also tells you when it is ready, which can be switched off if you wish. Very good if you like to brew Turkish or any other tea.
