Really lovely lamp. My husband and son fell in love with it. At night it is like basking in the sun. It makes you feel all warm and cosy and looks lovely. It seems well made. He base is sturdy and looks good. The bulb has lasted a good few weeks of daily use so far. Really impressed.

I have allergies, and this year they have been really bad, so I researched what I could do that would help. I came across himalayan rock salt lamps, bought it and wow it really did help, the glow from it is very relaxing, I am really glad I bought this. Now I keep buying it for presents for other people because I like mine so much, and they like them as well. It is really a great buy and a great little lamp :).

Looks so lovely. Was worried it would look cheap because of the price but it does not! Very very happy with it. Only thing is that my bulb blew as soon as I put it in - I changed it immediately along with the fuse and it now works perfectly fine. Please don’t let that put you off buying it because it’s so simple to fix and the bulbs cost £1 for two from my local poundstretcher so I stocked up just incase. I had a read around online and in the instructions booklet and it is normal for the bulb to blow the fuse at first or when you haven’t used it for a while so it’s definitely not to do with the product being faulty. Highly recommend it, the light it gives off makes the room feel very relaxing and cosy and it looks beautiful even when it is not turned on.

Ordered this to arrive same day and it did! So happy with quick service, although when it arrived the bulb was broken so maybe the quick service means they bowl it over arm instead of underarm? Purchased new bulbs from Wilko (yes I walked to a store, didn’t want broken replacement bulbs) and the lamp is good as new! Overall it looks great , was a good price, and arrived swiftly!

I've had this lamp a few weeks now so thought it about time I wrote about it. Firstly it arrived well protected with everything intact. Very easy to use – simply place it where you want and switch it on. That's it – couldn't be easier. It gives a beautiful warm light, not bright enough to read by, but it makes our living room look so warm and cosy; we love it. It's usually switched on late afternoon, and kept on for at least seven hours every night, by which time it's slightly warm to the touch. The bulb has a threaded screw, about the size of a refrigerator bulb; we had to change ours last week and that's what we put in. These salt lamps are, apparently, beneficial to one's health, giving off positive ions into the air. All I can say is that we have noticed a slight reduction in my husband's dry cough – coincidence? I don't know, but we like the appearance of it anyway.

I have it on almost daily for a good few hours, not sure on its effectiveness with allergies at the moment but not noticed any sinus pain since been using it. Only been using it for a couple weeks, and found the bulb it came with has already gone and had to be replaced, now put in an LED one to see if it lasts longer. The warm glow it gives off does relax me and other than the base which does look cheap i am happy with this product and it is good value.

I suffer really bad with anxiety and panic attacks. Now i have had it on and it does give off a good vibe of relaxation and calm. Plus its a lovely lamp in the back ground. Very heavy so needs to be somewhere sturdy and well away from little hands!!.

Didn’t expect it to be so beautiful, I’m now using it we’re people can appreciate it rather than the bedroom. A lot heavier than I thought but then it is a big lump of salt ! It’s natural features, when lit up make it so uniquely attractive. Arrived very quickly and really simple to assemble, may have to get another now !!
