Kärcher FP 303 Floor Polisher

I was looking for something that just buff's the floor (not clean and buff). You have to mop the floor with a slightly damp mop first (thoroughly), then just as its dried and it seems it has to be dry (I did it damp and it smeared) i went over it with the machine and it was full of shine, really effortless. Its very light to use but is a bit heavy to lift. I am a bit OCD and constantly stand back to look at smears in the light and there was only a few smears that I manually went over with a fibre cloth. So the result wasn't 100% but was a good 98% and certainly worth it if you have a big floor to clean and I doubt that you will find a better non industrial buffer, hope this helps as there was mixed reviews on this but my experience is a good one!

I use this on my marble floor with some marble polish and it works a treat. I tried dry buffing it with no product but nothing happened, so now use it every few months with some polish and the floor looks great. It is straight forward to use. I spray the polish on the floor and just run this over it slowly and sytematically and hey presto...!

Took a little while to assemble and the instructions could be better. However once set up the machine is simple and easy to operate and produces an even polished shine on engineered wood flooring. Lighter than an industrial polishing machine it nevertheless does a good job - without straining muscles! This encourages more frequent use helping to keep floors in top shape.

Needs a spare set of mops but a brilliant domestic buffer. I bought spare wool velcro pads from a car body site. Easy to use and store. The long lead is a bonus . I use it on tiles and wooden floors.

I bought this machine to polish my oak wooden floor after oiling it - this is done once a year. The polisher worked reasonably well the first year but had to be used for a very short time as it seemed to overheat and cut out. I had used the machine for about half an hour when it cut out and it had to be left for several hours. I assumed I had over used it but to be fair the machine is supposed to polish the floor and it cut out before I had covered half of my lounge. Surely it should be able to complete the job. The next year, the machine behaved in the same way, it cut out but wouldn't restart. It was just weeks out of guarantee, Karcher wanted £60 to just look at the machine and a further £60 plus to replace the motor which they considered to be the fault. Please DON'T buy this machine, it is only useful for a generall tickling polish of already polished floors. A little like using a Ewbank carpet sweeper instead of a vacuum cleaner.

What a great little machine I love polishing my floorboards are used to do it on my knees I have a really bad back at my machine sorted all that out the Hoover bit on it isn’t very good that I bought it for the polisher and I am so happy if you want a good shine on your floor by one of these highly recommended

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, it does the intended job very well if you use common sense. Don’t let the floor dry out too much before use and it will make your floor sparkle. My only complaint with this product is the poor quality pads. One of mine broke after the first use. Very easy to use! Great results! Poor quality standard pads!

I bought this having installed cork tiles and ceramic tiles in my house. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and is light and easy to use. After sealing and waxing the tiles I have polished them and I’m very pleased with the result. I think I shall get good use from this polisher.

The item was supplied to an Australian address via Amazon.com.au with moulded UK mains plug. There was no adapter so it is questionable if the polisher has been supplied legally to Australian standards.

Using it for some time now. very good quality
