I never write reviews but seeing as i read a few to help me decide which company to purchase avocado oil from i thought i'd leave one for other's to see. The oil arrived fairly quickly within a few days, well packaged. When i first received the oil i put it on my face as a moisturiser, but had to wash it off and use my regular cream. This oil is dark green, though once rubbed in you can hardly notice the colour on your skin, but the reason i had to wash it off and use my usual cream for the day is because this smells really strong and is not best pleasant. Instead i used this oil as a night time moisturiser and i must say i am very happy with the results. I bought the oil as ive read good things about avocado oil for skin and with one night of using it i woke to find my skin seemed plumper, smoother, and my tiny few lines around my eyes seem to have slightly disappeared. This is a must have for me now in my beauty regime and i would recommend this to others. Its inexpensive, nothing to lose, it works for me.

I have dry skin and use this for oil cleansing or in face masks so it gets washed off after about 30 minutes . I mix it with jojoba and hemp seed oil which helps the smell. It definitely does the job well. It's oil so it's best used as a cleanser rather than on the Face alone. It's a really rich and soft feeling oil. Warning the oil scent is terrible.. I guess its the natural smell. Kinda like cow manure because it smells earthy yet herby and poo-ey but mixed in with other oil it's not noticed.

It's very good and valid as product, just a little strong the smell in the beginning, but after a while it doesn't annoy anymore. Some drops are enough, that's why it can during long time

Neat packaging, arrived promptly, I use this one for hot oil hair treatments bi-weekly, it does make the difference to my hair (straight, thinning, chemically treated). I use it overnight if I can and wash the following morning. This one Ida's heavier texture than other oils (jojoba , almond). , but I still like it. Just do not overdo!

I cannot coment on how this works as I have a really strong sense of smell and I could not get past the smell of this oil. I imagine it moisurises well but I genuinely couldn't have tested it. Sorry for a bad reveiw. The only thing I would give this product the five star rating for is the fact that it carries the leaping bunny logo so it is truly a ethical and kind to animals product and truly suitable for anyone vegan. I would still buy other products in the range, just wasn't expecting such a strong smell from avocados!

Yes it's green, viscous and smelly which is just what you'd expect! I bought this for my hair and oh my gosh it's amazing. I massaged it into my scalp and covered my ends with it, left it a few hours then washed it out- my hair is now so shiny and soft! I also get a sore scalp often from putting my hair in different styles and suffer light dandruff; my scalp felt relaxed, soft and flake free after this. I would definitely recommend! If you feel the price is a little steep, I would recommend getting some and diluting it with a cheaper oil like sweet almond or grapeseed so that the bottle goes further.

first time i got avocado oil and ive ended up pouring it into everything aswell as using it on its own (generous squirt into hair conditioner, generous squirt into creams and ointments ((e45 cream)), massaging it into my stretchmarks after derma rolling, using it to "grease" my mixed raced childs afro type hair ((amazing for afro hair, leaves it soft and ofcourse its all natural no crap to damage it long term)) using it to even moisturise my feet and hands over night) i will be buying more i am very happy. ps it does have a dark green tint which signifies its natural purity so use it straight out the shower then pat dry if youre going outside quickly. and if on hair oil it while wet and towel dry :) just a tip x

Ich, weiblich - 30, habe von Natur aus eigentlich gar keine so schlechte Haut. Was ich aber schon immer hatte, ist eine trockene Haut. Mit zunehmendem Alter ist die dann auch noch feuchtigkeitsarm geworden. Falls jemand den Unterschied nicht kennt: Trocken und schuppig bedeutet, dass es der Haut an Fett fehlt. Feuchtigkeitsarm bedeutet, dass es der Haut an Wasser und eben Feuchtigkeit fehlt und man somit ganz rasch Trockenheitsfältchen bekommt. Vor einiger Zeit war es dann bei mir soweit. Ich guckte morgens in den Spiegel und plötzlich hatte ich unter den Augen tiefe, wirklich tiefe Fältchen. Als ich dann zur Kosmetikerin bin, sagte sie mir, dass ich dringend etwas gegen meinen Feuchtigkeitsmangel in der Haut unternehmen sollte. Ich habe schon immer viel an Kosmetik und Cremes etc. ausprobiert. Ich bin mindestens 2 mal im Jahr in den USA und decke mich dort immer mit Cremes, Seren und Konzentraten ein, die mir vermeintlich gut zu tun scheinen. Aber auch hier habe ich von Drogerie bis High end schon alles durch. Meine Haut saugte immer sofort alles auf und war sofort wieder trocken und spannte. Von Kokösol z.B. bin ich eigentlich ein Fan, aber es zieht wie auch die meisten anderen Öle, unfassbar schlecht in die Haut ein. Das meiste bleibt eigentlich auf der Hautoberfläche liegen. Avocados mische ich mir gern in meine Smoothies und das wars, bis ich mal gelesen habe wie nährend und vitamreich die Dinger sind, egal ob für die äußere oder innere Anwendung. Also bestellte ich mir das Avocadöl und ob man es glaubt oder nicht, nach bereits der ersten Anwendung sind meine Tockenenheitsfältchen unter den Augen auf ein geringstes verschwunden. Ich habe das Öl abends vor dem Schlafen aufgetragen und morgens war meine Haut das erste mal seit Jahren "saftig", nicht fahl und sah einfach nur mega gesund aus. Direkt unter den Augen ließ sich das Öl allerdings nicht bzw. nicht ohne brennen auftragen. Es ist halt ein sogenanntes Kriechöl, demnach wandert es schön in Richtung der Schleimhäute. Aber ich habe die perfekte Lösung gefunden: von einem Wattepad schneide ich zwei dünne Streifen ab und träufle Avocadoöl drauf. Nicht zu viel, dass es runter läuft, aber auch nicht zu wenig, damit es nicht nur vom Pad sondern logischerweise auch von der Haut unter den Augen aufgenommen werden kann. Die zwei Streifen setze ich auch direkt unter den Augen an, weil dort die tiefsten Fältchen anfangen. Das Gute ist, dass es mit "meiner Methode" zu keinem Brennen der Augen kommt. Die Streifen bleiben aber nur perfekt kleben, wenn man das Gesicht zuvor mit dem Öl eingerieben hat, damit die Streifen eine ordentliche Haftung haben. Also Fazit: das Öl ist eine Wunderwaffe gegen trockene und feuchtigkeitsarme Haut und es ist mein persönlicher holy grail!!! Bisher hat wirklich NICHTS langanhaltend geholfen aber dieses Öl ist der absolute Wahnsinn!!!

Bon produit cela fait exactement 4 jours que je l'a met et elle hydrate super bien ma peau. Je la trouve un peu chère pour une si petite quantité. Et seul bémol c'est que l'huile sent très fort (une forte odeur un peu nauséabonde) mais l'odeur disparaît après l'application.
