Hi, the instruction indicates a uv lamp timer but i cant find it, is it safe to have this filter+uv lamp on at all times?

Hi there is no timer on the large one. It is perfectly safe to have on all the time. Mine is on Al the time. It’s fantastic. Crystal clear water

I have a 65litre fish tank what size pump do i need

We got this one for our 120l tank and it's worked wonders set on medium setting. I think this might be too big for yours. It says it's for 80l to 200l take. Maybe contact the seller directly to see if they have smaller, similar UV pumps for your tank.

I have a 25ltr tank.can i put this filter in it?

It’s a bit too big and powerful for a 25ltr tank there is a smaller version of this filter on amazon it has a different manufacturer name but it’s basically the same filter

Would this be hard to stick inside a 105lt biorb?

Yes you would need a different type of filter for that,maybe a gravel filter would best suit yours
