Have used Fast Shampoo & Conditioner on and off for a few years. It does what it says on the tin! It doesn't work overnight, but as someone who has always had fine hair, which is now even finer and compounded by brittleness as a result of the dreaded menopause, it does seem to speed up the growing process, especially new hair around the hairline. It also leaves it feeling a bit thicker and looking fuller. An added bonus is that after using it's very glossy, and not at all flyaway! I don't use it every day, just 3/4 times a week, and use a 'normal' volumising shampoo (Aussie Max Volume for those interested!) on the other days. I don't normally leave reviews, but this DOES work - for me anyway - but you need to give it time to work. I would say that it will prob take up to 3/4 weeks for you to start noticing the difference. Body 4 Real are a great supplier too. Price is always competitive and delivery is always very quick!

I bought this shampoo because a couple of months ago my son chopped some of my hair off (there is one shorter trand of hair, you can see on the first photo) and apart from that a lot of my hair fell out after having a baby 3 years ago plus I was doing some highlights for 2 years and I lost even more hair from bleaching it. I found this shampoo and conditioner and decided to give it a go. I have to say my hair never felt like this after any kind of shampoo before. They feel very soft and really "squeeky" clean! I haven't used the shampoo as directed, because I don't think washing hair every day is good for your hair! So I just used it every time I would wash my hair as usual which is twice to 3 times per week. After 2 months of using it this way, I still have plenty left. You really don't need to use much, only a 50p coin size blob will do as you meant to massage it only into your scalp. It smells good too, which is nice. It's not a perfumed smell like other shampoos but it's pleasant and not very strong. I use the conditioner on the ends, but sometimes use other conditioner on top of that because I feel like this treatment dries my hair a little too much for my liking. I took some photos to see if this is working as promised. First photo was taken after the first wash on 27th September and the second photo was taken today on 30th November so about 2 months later. I didn't see a bigger difference after first month so decided to continue using it and check back in after second month. I think the more you use it the faster the hair grow🤷‍♀️ Maybe. (On the second photo the hair seems more flat, but that's because I washed it last night and slept in it. Than today woke up with kinda wavy hair, so had to straighten it a little, so it doesn't look that bad.) My hair usually grows very fast anyway. It's the avarge 1/2 inch per month I would say. Buy I feel like using this shampoo speeds up my growth and now it grows twice as fast. Bottom line is, I love the shampoo and I will continue using it. It is quite pricey, but because it has lasted for 2 months and I am still gonna get a couple more weeks from it, I think it is worth the money. Check out my photos and you be the judge. I just wouldn't give up if you don't see much of a difference at first. Give it a chance.

The shampoo and conditioner are very good, leave my hair looking very healthy and full. I have used it for a little over 3 weeks now but have not noticed any extra growth, maybe this still needs to kick in??? I do not regret buying it even if my hair has not grown as my hair has never looked so healthy. I have very frizzy and dry hair and it now looks much better. Hoping the next couple of weeks will make it grow faster as the hairdresser chopped too much off and another inch back on would make it looks so much better.

I have only been using this product for a week, and was cautious to buy it as i had severe dandruff/dry flaky scalp before using it, and as such my review at this time is mainly based on that. I will write another review in 3 weeks to comment on the length achieved, but until then, I must say F.A.S.T has completely stopped my dandruff and my scalp is not sore or itchy like it used to be, my hair feels fabulously soft, and i can't stop touching it! I love this product, and will continue to use it just for that. I used to have to buy medicated shampoos for around £10 and they stink, and do not last as long as this. I was impressed by how a tiny amount is enough to lather up your whole head too! I have found though, that it has lightened my hair slightly, I'm not sure why as the reviews I had read made no mention of this. My hair is heavily dyed compared to the average lady, so maybe that's why. Luckily, I wanted my hair lighter anyway, so for me, this product is a win all the way. Very pleased. Just looking forward to it growing now!

Seems to be working as now have hair growth to the side where hair was previously thin and very sparse. Shampoo foams up well, I lathered this in and left it to sit in my hair for 2 mins, rinsed out and applied the conditioner. I left the conditioner sit for five mins. Quite a neutral smelling fragrance to both the shampoo and conditioner. I normally edge towards using coconut or argan oil fragranced brands. Product was used twice per week. My hair is shoulder length. Used in conjunction with taking hair growth gummies. Seemed to run out quite quickly, which is a shame as it did seem to be working. Pros: Seems to work, foams well, cleans well, non greasy conditioner. Cons: Expensive.

consegna super rapida e il prodotto è ottimo!!! Usato solo 2 volte ma molto buono...capelli super morbidi e lucenti(i miei sono afro,crespi e stopposi), spero solo che abbia realmente la funzione per la quale lo ho acquistato ma comunque resta un buon prodotto (profumato e dall'inci gradevole)
