I have used bio freeze roll on for a few years now , it is easy to apply better than the tube it can come in, I find the pain goes very quickly particularly on the back of my neck and shoulders.

Wonderful product have used it for years. Roll it around my shoulders and neck to relieve pain from pinched nerves coming from peripheral nerves of the spine. The outer nerves. That and wearing a neck brace for a limited period of time eases my symptoms. Thoroughly recommend.

Works on mild pain, but i prefer the Polar Frost
