Faulty
This is the 2nd set that I have ordered as the first set was faulty. No offer of a refund or replacement for the first set! The product has been professionally installed both times and the second set works just fine which again highlights the fact that the first set was faulty. Customer service were not helpful as they were basically suggesting that it was an installation issue as to why the first set was not working properly.

Benutze die Leds am Pc um meinem Desk mehr Atmosphäre zu verleihen, leider ist das Kabel zwischen Stecker und erster LED so kurz gehalten, dass diese bereits im Gehäuse anfangen. Ansonsten schöne Farben und die Ansteuerung der LEDs funktioniert einwandfrei.

Muss sagen dass ich echt enttäuscht thin. Habe die zu Black Friday gekauft - gleich 2 Streifen - und die funktionieren nicht. Kann sie leider auch nicht mehr zurückgeben. Tja.. leider rausgeschmissenes Geld.

updated review: 1/26/2020 BTF sent a replacement light string that worked great. As soon as I connected all the LEDs responded correctly. My kids where amazed what an Arduino can do with these lights. I installed a script to run and it ran and only had the brightness at 200. It lit up for a few minutes but then quit lighting up at all I will try again tomorrow but not looking good. Ok only 3 led light up as blue angel each get real hot. I have another vendors leds coming tomorrow so I will see if those work better. If they don't then I will know it is me. but until that ......
