I am really very upset with Amazon services and I have noticed it multiple times till now customer service is also not helpful as well as I order this product and paid the amount in advance and after receiving the product I found it defective the product is not working and I called on ibell customer care 10 times but only one time I was connected to customer care and rest 9 times I could not talk to them so I request everyone those who are reading this because it is the fault of merchant and as well as Amazon because before shipping the product to my address they did not check the product if it is working or not and I request you to blacklist such merchant who delivered this product at my home and now I have requested for replacement and have to wait for around 10 days to get the replaced product and being my money already paid so I have no option other than to wait and it is a mental harassment because I ordered this product as it was my necessity and now I will be without the product for almost 15 days from the date of my order.

I bought the iBELL Humidifier and I am very happy with it. The product is good and easy to use. When I first received it, the unit was not working. I raised a complaint and iBELL’s customer care team replaced it immediately with a new one. The delivery was also very quick. Really appreciated the fast response! After using it, my room feels much better now. No more dryness, the room temperature has improved and my sleep quality is also better. I feel more fresh and relaxed. I will never recommend this humidifier if you have small toddlers or kids around . the mist naturally calls for there attention however there is no seal the tank is just placed on top of the humidifier with no sealing or locking mechanisam that means that once the water is filled children when they shake or lean on it the water just drains out

Best humidifier in its price segment. You can set desired humidity level and it auto cutoff when achieved. You get a remote control. You can adjust most output. It’s almost silent.
